Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announces another full-building commitment at Crossroads Commerce Park (Crossroads). Sierra Pacific Industries has agreed to purchase a new 52,800+/- square foot build-to-suit facility located at the northwest corner of 52nd Avenue and Washington Street in unincorporated Adams County. Construction has begun with an estimated delivery in early 2017.
“SPI is excited to relocate our Denver area operations to Crossroads Commerce Park as we believe this will be a first-class development that will enhance our Colorado operations,” said Mark Pawlicki, Director of Corporate Affairs for SPI.
Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) is a third-generation, family-owned and operated forest products company based in northern California. SPI owns approximately 1.9 million acres of timberland in California and Washington, and is the third-largest private timberland owner and third-largest lumber producer in the U.S. SPI’s window company, Sierra Pacific Windows, is one of the fastest growing wood window companies in the U.S., and will be occupying a portion of Building 5 at Crossroads. This relocation is an expansion for SPI and a location better suited to services out customers in the Denver area. Sierra Pacific Windows has operated in the Denver marketplace since 1998.
“Sierra Pacific brings a best-in-class operation with a proven track record to Crossroads,” said Ann Sperling, Senior Director with Trammell Crow Company’s Denver Business Unit. “They will be a phenomenal addition to our park and a great building owner.”
Crossroads continues to attract tenants and owner/users, with approximately 788,000 square feet in five buildings either built or under construction at the Park. Additional space remains available for lease, as well as future phases on the south end of the park offering up to five additional buildings on a build-to-suit basis for users for sale or lease.
Murray & Stafford are the general contractor and Ware Malcomb is the architect for the building. Colorado Business Bank provided financing for the project. The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Mike Wafer, Tim D’Angelo, and Mike Wafer Jr. represented Trammell Crow Company in the transaction and handles the leasing and marketing for Crossroads.
